A- It is very easy to cancel order you have to follow the provided steps.

2- Raise a Cancellation request under My Orders section.
3- If Cancellation request accepted then you will receive the confirmation mail along with the refund details.
Note- If your order is already shipped then it could not be canceled. Yo have to return it back to them.
