Ans- To initiate a “Refund Request” please share your Mobile Number and Transaction Reference Id with them at Chillr Customer Care Number or Email Address.
Q- Recharge Transaction was Successful but No Recharge Done ?
Ans- This scenario could arise because of some technical issues. If you did not get your recharge notification within 1 hour than drop an Email to them.
