    Hi, I ve a digital 5*6 machine which is having problem since 2/6. I had put a complaint on that day itself as i’ve to travel today. The complaint no is 1000144197. Have been following up since then as no service men has come. This complaint wad put on urgent basis to which your cust care executive says there is a delay from service centre. I ve taken their no n have been calling Mr. Siddharth 9350948485……..This is the kind of service you provide???….. Tje problem occured since your service men visited last. Since then there is a problem in machine…… Have experienced this lazy attitude earlier also, but this time it is too much as i’ve travel!!!!!!!

    Whomsoever it concerns,this is bring to your kind notice:I have put a request to customer care for shifting, the ref.no:1102485536 and 1105664965. after several calls made to the call center and the franchise’s head Mr.Rakesh& Mr.Anil(Hyderabad).at last the technician
    has come tried to fix a transit bolt which was not correct size when I asked him for the correct one he has replied there is a shortage of bolts so he got one bolt which is sufficient,then he heated the bolt with help of a candle and fixed to the drum/tub.(two technician Ph.No. i.9912922585&ii.7794953719)after fixing he asked me to pay Rs.1175/-where as i was told by your customer care center to pay service charge of Rs.575/when i said him the same he simply removed the bolt and left.this goon attitude of the franchise technician made me so disappointed again i called up the customer care and raised a ticket and immediately within an hour another technician has come and fixed one bolt and said he will come back after few minutes and complete the work and give the invoice. I till next day, he did not turn up .my ticket was booked for 7.06.2017,the packer and movers has come and loaded house hold appliances.once we have relocated to new place i again made a call to the customer care and asked for installation (ref.no:1105758856)the technician has come and he saw the machine and said the tub got damaged so you have go for the new tub,the reason he said is due the heated transit bolt fixed to the is cause for damage,i called Mr Rakesh (Hyderabad) and informed him about the matter,before that he wanted to talk with the technician(Vizag).both had discussed,but no result.Now please tell me who is responsible for the damage ,THE CUSTOMER OR TECHNICIAN.
    Because of the the Technician’s foolishness i am facing problem at new place.do pls.try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
    I tried calling on IFB Toll free no :180030005678 and i get an automated message this is not a valid number.so do pls. give the correct No.
