Q- How to get ticket delivered to my residence?
A- Prior, this user should check is his/her area is covered or not. A ticket should be booked two or three days before in advance from the date of travel.

A- Currently, cancellation of a ticket is not possible on the Internet.

A- Cancellation can be done at any PRS counters on any Railway Reservation Office. Keep in Mind, no cash refund will be processed and the refund will be credited back to your credit card or bank account automatically after 5 to 7 working days.

A- Currently there are only General, Tatkal, Ladies and Senior Citizen quotas are available.
Q- How much extra should a user have to pay for a ticket?
A- There are various transaction charges, service charges and service tax which a user has to pay.
1- User has to pay Rs 80 more as a service tax in case of Second Class and Sleeper Class Tickets.
2- User has to pay Rs 120 more as a service tax in case of other classes.
Q- At the time of Booking, the amount was debited but the ticket not booked?
A- In this scenario, a user can get their full money back without levying any charges. If they didn’t get the money after 5 to 7 working days then they should dial “IRCTC Customer Care Helpline Number” immediately.
