    I have tried to open 811 zero balance account and even used my aadhaar no. But the Date of Birth fill up form is defective as it never changes the year 2017 instead of the year the person filling his DOB wants to fill .
    I have used two of my mobile numbers with my aadhar no. to open the 811 account online but each time the mentioned flaw in your fill up form has prompted your system to making me a minor and apologised for not opening my online account.
