1- Open its Official Website.
2- On the Homepage, You can see a dialogue box from where you can book a ticket.
3- You have to provide Leaving From, Going To, Date of Departure and Date of Return.
4- In the End, Click on “Search for the Bus”.
5- After that. Select the Bus Type, Boarding Points, and Dropping Point.
6- List of all possible Buses with the Route will be displayed along with the Price per Seat.
7- Select your Seat and Provide Name, Mobile Number, Email ID & Age.
8- Provide your Return Journey information and Click on Continue.
9- Online Voucher will be created with the provided information.
10- Make the Payment and You are Done.

After that, Customer’s can Check there “PNR Status” and those who want to “Cancel a Ticket” they can also do so from its Official Website.

User’s those are having any kind of hindrance while in doing Ticket Booking, Cancellation of a Ticket and Checking “PNR Status” then there is a “Customer Care Department” which is created to look after all issues. Customers can also post complaints and queries related to Refund’s, Mobile Bookings and More.

    Dear sir/madam

    Sub: not accepting of one rupees new note by bus conductors at hubli..
    Pl as said above ur conductors not accepting the one rupees note. We are suffering too much by travelling through ksrtc. It’s really harassing at the infront of public..
    So pl issue a clear guidance to the staff immediately.. I am waiting ur reply.

    Hi this is Suresh Indian army soldier travel to arsikere to Mysore… 2 Aug 18… Bus no KA25 F3303… conductor name is chandershekar he don’t have name plate, Shows… Belt..ect… I tould him pls open luggage box… They tould me… We don’t have the box key….y u Gvie the box in bus… And he reshely behavior the Costner’s…. Pls note down the complaint take nessery action him… And provide the luggage box key first… Shame on ksrtc…….

    Is it necessary to buy two ID card for a monthly pass.Because one of your conductor made me to buy ticket even though I had pass till 5-8-18 but the ID till July 2018 and I am the passenger travelling in the same ro ute from 2001 is sarki to kanakapura
