    hi..my order id 506089884.products r coming today.mout for delivery..msg has came in the morning via ecom xpress.bt noone ringed me.. n when i connected wth th delivery boy..he told coming after 2/3hours..aisa wholeday cholta raha.bt till now my products has not been delivered.i reported customer care n rquested to help me.bt it is very sad that my problm has not been solved.

    Dear team nykaa,

    Wat the shit you are doing with my Oder. I placed my Oder on 19th sep received on 4th oct and stuff what I received is something different. After waiting 15days I am getting order of somebody else.

    Are you guys out of your mind after listening lots of complaints from my side then also you are not concerned about my Oder you have send the products of some body else.

    I have followed up with nykaa and wow express continuously from last 10 days for my order after doing lots of struggle I got my Oder but when I opened it then there was something else which I have never expected.

    I don’t care who will come Nd give my Oder but I want it no matter how and don’t tell me to order again that same thing.

    If you guys are just sitting and posting on Instagram for all new products then I’m sorry to say but u guys start doing advertisement instead of selling And delivering the product.

    Please shut your company if you cannot run it properly you guys only know to post on insta nothing else please learn to work also and make your guest happy and satisfied.
