    In trichy ,we have booked the cab but driver rudely behaved to ladies and cancelled the order..Because he is only allowed 4 peoples even calculating the child as ine count..worst OLA service i woukd never seen before,Hereafter i will not book ola cab.

    I booked an Ola Auto last night at about 1030 pm to travel from Ahmedabad Intl Airport.

    1. Firstly, the driver did not know where my exact location was. I was in the ARRIVAL area, and he was roaming in DEPARTURE area.

    2. He did not even care to contact me to know my exact location. It was only when I called him few times, he talked to me.

    3. While I could see the location of auto being at a distance of 3 min to 2 min to 1 min, god knows where he was going on the next moment, when it showed distance of 4 min.

    4. At last when he came, another passenger boarded the auto before we could move our luggage from the trolly. The driver cancelled my trip in an absolutely arrogant manner.

    5. He told me that he had multiple bookings at the same time.

    It appears that either he accepted mulitple booking in the lust of getting money, without thinking of serving the customers, or your system is inherently faulty which does not recognise number of trips allotted to a driver. This has happened second time with me. Last year also, the cab did not come to pick me up to airport, and boy, the driver did not even receive any of my calls.

    The system, according to my view and experience, seems to be a failure and not aiming at providing services in the need of the hour.

    If I don’t get my money back I will take legal action on behalf of all other users against your faulty system.
    In March I had booked Ola from Gachibowli CCD, one cab got delayed but I still waited, automatically other cab got assigned to me while I was holding the mobile. As the 2nd cab came instantly I boarded. The previous cab arrived after 10mins than ETA and called me when I was already riding on the 2nd cab. He cancelled my crn 605706231 without taking my permission.Your system charged me without even verifying with me or calling me to know reason. I open ola cab app after 2 months fpr a need and see this. I complained at customer service desk and they said after 2 months they cant revert the amount as they can not validate but yeah after 2 months you are very well able to charge me?? This is absolute illegal. immediately you should cancel that amount from my account else I would take legal action on behalf of other users as well:

    1. why it is not written anywhere in your app that I should raise complain within 3 days? How the user is supposed to know such rule if you don’t declare?
    2. Just based on driver’s request how can you assume that customer has cancelled the cab and not the driver himself?Why will you charge user without verifying if diver’s request is genuine or not?
    3. why did your system auto assigned the other driver to me without auto cancelling the previous driver?
    4. Because your system has fault and not user friendly why should user has to pay money when they did not do anything wrong?
