    I have booked OLA CAB for my Father & Mother in laws from 3 Siddarth Aprtments, Opp. Jawalapuri Camp no.5 in sharing vide booking no.572245389 on 28th July,2017 one side fare was Rs64/ but the driver Pradeep Kr 9211702496 , white Swift HR55AA5858 parked the cab outside Motor mechanic gate away from our address wheras my inlaws were waiting ouside our gate. Not only this the driver saw us but did not turned up & wenr away. Who is at fault driver Or my inlaws?
    I did second booking with bill share OTP 3549 for Rs72 with penalty Rs.25. I again tried to book cab for my inlaws at about 4.30 on 30th July. I was told that penalty of Rs.25 will be added for cancellation of ear OLA CAB. May I know who will bear the cost of harassment of my inlawas very old? If no action is taken against the driver & cost of harassment you will compel me to write to the Govt of NCT Delhi for necessary action against the behavior of the Driver. You are puting up the fault of your driver on the customer.

    I took a ride on 2nd of August from Malad till Nalasopara and as there was some network issue the driver calculated the estimated amount and I had to pay ₹1560, the driver promised to return amount if it’s less. And the very next day I checked my app, it showed ₹1135 only where he took amount of ₹425 extra and now when it’s time to return the driver Vijay Mishra 9987656444 is neither answering the calls nor is calling back when we found him on another call. I contacted customer care but they are blaming me for it that I didn’t reach you people within the time span of 3 days, everybody doesn’t know what your policy is! It’s been more then a week since that guy is vanished and you people are not ready to take any action! Is this what we get back in return instead of loyal service!

    I travelled yesterday, 23.08.2017. My booking id CRN 986494360.
    I have been charged Rs 214.00.
    Invoice includes some convenience charges of Rs46.89.
    Invoice didn’t include distance travelled by me.
    Your this driver was most discourteous, which I faced first time.
    Such driver will detach me from ola, which is my 5 years friend.
    The journey was most inconvenienced, while charge for convenience is levied.

    Please refund extra amount which is charged.

    I have booked ola from 78, badruddin tayabji marg to bandra West. I been to this location many times before. It always took same fare estimated during booking. Today non ac taxi estimated around rs 271 and ac taxi 358..I chose non ac..but ola money deducted 358.hows tat possible..plz explain..I go to this location at same time on Sundays n fare never goes more thn don’t come under peak time also I dint get any msg regarding increased charge due to lack of taxi etc..instead it was d charge shown for ac taxi..plz resolve this prob soon n refund my money back..I m regular customer of was not expected.

    I booked a cab on 27 Aug 2017 through ola cabs driver name Prem Shankar (+919410372840) White Indigo UK08TA3428 I called driver to visit the pick up point but he clearly refused to come and forced me to come to another place I told him that I can’t come there that’s why I booked a cab please come to the pick up location he clearly said no and forces me to cancelled the cab when I asked him about his. Name he refused to tel and shouted at me , there was a patient with me and I wanted to go to doctor on urgent basis due to emergency but driver misbehaved and refused to come. my do u run can services when drivers refuse to come to pick up location.
    . This is not the first time driver has refused to come earlier also drivers did refuse to come and asked me to cancel the bookings

    I ve booked ola shareon 21stAugust fm Terminal 3 Delhi Airport To INA.Driver told me to come outside about 10 minute to walk then he pick up to me otherwise rs.150/-charge for airport fare.I came outside airport 10 minute walk with luggage.I ve reached appro after 2 hour ride on destination.Again I have hired ola at 5 pm fm Ina to terminal3.Driver charged rs.262/-for alone journeyWhile I ve to pay rs.282/-for share for same journey.Difference is share ola charged more and time consume double then separate tour.

    I had taken an Ola cab from my house – 10A, Tranquil Nest, Kamakoti Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai – to Chari Street, T Nagar and the charge was Rs 276/- at 11.12AM. The return trip from Chari St to my house costed me Rs 570/- at 3.12PM.. I was not informed of the rate while booking. This charge, during non peak hours is too high. Not informing me of the rate prior to the trip and charging so high is not ethical.
    While opting for OLa all the time, after this trip I shall take alternate cab operators. Thanks for making me loose my confidence with OLA services.

    I had booked Ola outstation round trip from chennai to pondicherry for 2days, but my booking exceeded by 3hrs and Ola had charged me for entire 1extra day because my booked got extended by 3hours. This is totally unfair to anyone. Also no where in the Ola app details are mentioned about such charges neither details are shared at the time of booking nor Ola driver was aware about such charges. I feel really cheated, I had paid those extra charges of Rs.2500/- as we were concerned about the poor driver. The Ola support team is also concerned about Ola they don’t care about their riders nor Ola cab drivers.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I booked Olacabs on 1/9/2017 from chrompet (chennai) to Airport and my pickup time is 7pm. Driver called me by 6.45pm and asked my location and drop point and I gave all the information he asked. After 2 min, he called me again and told vehicle tyre is puncture and he asked me to arrange some other vehicle.
    I was in total discomfort becoz its getting late to my flight. Within short I received another message to my mobile stating that “Unable to find my location so the trip is cancelled”.
    This is a total FRAUD done by your driver (Radhakrishnan 9710762984), pls take necessary action againt this fraud, otherwise your olacab reputation and trustness will go down.

    Whenever i got offers like free next 4 rides after taking one rental ride for the same day offer…. I got this offer only once applied but after one time… I never got that offer applied and i have to give money to driver..

    I will File a FIR against the driver Mr. Pawan Kumar I know I and i am 100% sure that he had stolen my mobile phone I have done the booking from my mobile phone and when I was in the cab he confirm me the booking and then when he drop me on Dwarka mor without giving my mobile phone he run away and I was standing there for another 30 minutes I am unable to contact him because I made the booking from my phone which I left in cab in the front seat I put on the cab…Kindly Provide me the number of the Driver so that I can speak with him…Otherwise it will be a big problem for the Ola customers as this is the worst experience ever I faced..I will never suggest anyone to book the Ola cab.

    I have been trying to book through Ola cabs past one week but everytime it showed internet needed to locate your location thought internet was connected to my device .

    Today I tried to uninstall OLA APP and then reinstalled . While login in when I entered no mobile no +91-9742400061 the message was displayed “Your account is blocked”
    I am not sure why my account is blocked. I have not voilied any of Ola’s terms and conditions.
    My last booking was on 11 SEP 2017.

    I have recharged my OLA ACCOUNT with rs 999 out of which approx 900 rs is still available in my account .

    Responce to my email was given that Terms and continue was voilated . This is completely generic statement . Please specify what has been voilated in your terms and conditions as I don’t see any voilation not multiple cancellation as well .
    This is completely unacceptable . You guys are blocked without any prior notice , without out reason here in my case as well as not even bother to refund the amount that is there in OLA MONEY .
    Request responce to this as soon as possible else I have to reach to consumer forum.

    How do you select your drivers ? Do you have a criteria like he has to ill mannered, nut cases, rude to be hired for OLA ? Because all the drivers are same in OLA. They are not professional at all , they behave uncivilised and doesn’t feel safe for women to travel with such ill mannered drivers. Please check with Uber how do they hire theirs drivers, they will help you , this will improve your service

    So this Ola driver (rikshaw) named PRAMOD (#9004720890 – auto # Bajaj-RE MH02EF927), around 6 PM at C Cross road , Andheri east got abusive after i booked his services and called for directions towards my location. He called me “Maa ki Chute”, “Me tere baap ka naukar nahi hu” shocked I didn’t know how to react then, but now I feel I should inform my gender to be safe from such abusive, angry and mentally disturbed people. For one can not say when words will turn to action! Be safe girls, Ola didn’t have much of a reputation earlier but we still let bygones by bygones but it always comes back to bit you when you least expect it! Please identify this person and only if you are comfortable with his behaviour then only choose to take the risk as at times impulse of words could just turn in to action. If this driver can be abusive and so disturbed in the first call itself, he can also harm a woman in a way that is uncalled for. From this day onwards for security reasons I am not traveling by Ola again and will referen my friends to do the same! Ladies you were warned.

    I booked an ola this morning from my home in Bandra to Sahar International airport. The ola fare showed 122 rupees at the time of booking.The cab driver followed his route and dropped me at my location. However my bill showed 188. If i have got in and got off at my location and have not asked for anyother route why am i being charged extra?? I called ola customer support however
    ola customer support is not helping online as they say i have used the refund system more than 5 times this month. Kindly NOTE THAT I have used the reverse charge option only TWICE this month. There were two more cancellation charged which I HAVE PAID 50 RS FOR.

    Kindly note that I have tried to use the refund option via the support billing issue system however i am getting the message that you are unable to process my request as i have exceeded the number of attempts for this request.

    This is not acceptable. I need the refund for being charged extra by ola for no fault of mine. Kindly escalate this issue.


    I have not exceeded 5 times this month. I have also paid the owed amount for 2 cancellations.
    More importantly that is no reason to charge me extra for a trip which says 122 upon booking and when i have got off at my exact location.

    I want my refund of 60 rupees charged extra for no reason by ola. I am seriously disappointed and if the same is not refunded i will have no option but to file a case against ola. It maybe just 60 rupees for ola but for the passenger who has done nothing wrong should not be charged extra. How do we trust ola if things like this are going to happen. You show 122 and I have not kept the cab waiting or asked for another route or got off at another location. So its shocking that you charge me extra. I dont even owe you any amount for any previous cancellation charges as I have already paid that amount.

    I am hoping you solve this issue rite away as this is called daylight robbery on part of ola.

    For the last 2 months we have been commuting between HOME and Atta market in NOIDA to attend to spine related problems. We use Ola auto regularly for this purpose.
    The fare from HOME to Atta market is Rs. 29/- only. The return fare similarly is Rs. 29/- only. On few occasions because of a little longer route the fare has been Rs. 35/- which we feel is legitimate.
    How ever on 4th DEc and today 6th Dec. the return fare was Rs 33/- and Rs 31/- resp. The return distance traveled on both the occasions were approx. 10 meters less than onward ride.
    RThis diff is not understood and accepted. For a single or two rides this diff. could be ignored. But for 100 rides which we anticipate this diff is huge and could result in 4 oe 5 rides being free.
    Pl. rectify the defect whatever and pass on the benefit if any to us.
    Further the fare is such that the drivers invariably do not return Re1/- or Rs. 2/- citing non availability of change. This also if accounted for 100 rides renders couple of rides free.
    Pl. devise mechanism to effect cashless payment without burdening us. We have credit/ debit cards which can be effectively used.

    I booked a cab from my home from Vasundhara GZb to Hazarat nizamuddin railway station at 5.30 am on 27.11.2017 and they confirmed the booking but at that time the driver told that I am far from pickup place and it take time and cancel the booking. After few minutes a call received again that I am coming for pick-up but a sms received that the booking has cancelled and you will be charged on next booking Rs. 75/- . This type cheating and irresponsible work done by Ola cab. Also this booking was done in one day advance and also was confirmed but but N time not received any response of advance booking . The customers care no & fine & penalties conditions must be fixed on OLA Cab by Government so that problem can be solved.
