    I purchased the 10.or e mobile on 18-3-2018 but that mobile half touch is not working now i went the service center which is there at Maleshwaram in Bangalore those people are asking 2800 Rs for repair. If i need to pay the 2800 Rs in 4 months after purchasing the mobile then that warranty is giving for what ?
    it is really very poor service which you people are giving . iam really unhappy with that . if you ppl really want to give the service we are not asking the best at list do good. If you ppl are really looking for the comment kindly take the some action regarding this .

    I purchased through Amazon 10.0r.E moile on 24th Jan 2018, all of a sudden the touch located at the middle part of the mobile stops working. As the mobile is fully protected with Tempered Glass and a back cover.
    The upper part and the bottom line of the touch is working fine,
    When I go through with the product comment in Amazon site, I see few similar issues with the same Touch problem at the mid part of the screen. I believe there is a flaw with the mobile hardware.

    Note : kindly avoid saying touch issue related with breakage of display, as I said the phone is fully protected with tempered glass.

    My complaint no is 137737 and given for repair on 16th August 2018. issue in mobile is after purchase of mobile in 2weeks mobile get heng and app get shaking and Font get bigger automatically. Last 30 days I have calling on you toll free no all executive say your mobile parts t nor available it will take 7 to 10 days I have spoken to Chetan, Aksha y, Abdul, Aniket, Reshikes, Rajesh, Sanath, Endris and more executive I had call the give same ans that parts r not available it will take 7 to 10days, and most Worst thing that no see Service centre in Mumbai very bad service of 10.or mobile

      Sir, I purchase 10 or g Mobile android phone on Amazon online in 5.5.2018 . But, I found some technical problems, that is the upper side means notification part doesn’t work. So I request you to solve my problems.
