      The WORST services ever. The driver uses vulgar languages on the passengers on questioning. Even after having a proper and traffic free route the driver followed wrong and long route so that much of distance is covered and much more fare can be demanded rather double the estimated fare can be demanded. The driver UMA WB11C8473 , phn no 7890074942 KOLKATA Says “Kotha theke gayya Ra uthe esche…(From where did these backward and rural people has come?…)”. Is this the behaviour expected when we book and we pay. The higher authority of this services also donot take any step. Why is this. Is putting a comment against the driver enough punishment for him. Can any justice be expected from your UBER SERVICES.

    I yesterday booked a pool ride from gurgaon sector 21 to guru dronacharya and it was showing expected fare as 49 rs. But the driver told me that he need to go to huda city centre and stopped ride at MG road which is 3-4 km away from destination and told me that I have to pay 153rs. When I told him that it’s pool ride and it should be 49rs. He told me talk to under help. He neither have any helpline number nor any point of contact.
    I had paid 153rs and logged a ticket on under help but what they replied is highly disappointing that they have changed destination so charged at uber go rate weather I did not asked to change location and I hope we are not allowed to change location. It’s highly disappointing.
    This is 2nd time I am facing this issue.
    I should get refund of 104rs else I have to take it up with media. You can not crook us like this.

    Cheating Incidence: It happened with me on 31st July, 2017 when I booked a cab around 9:45 PM , driven by the driver named Abdul Mobile #7337097400, enroute to Sudaksha’s Gateway International School to Decent Function Palace Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, Telangana. The distance as per google map for a car is 10.6 Km to destination. The driver showed the mobile display Rs 517/- and took cash 500/- Rs. When I asked the run kilometers, he never replied and demanded the money. Can Uber cab service management explain to me how the fare was charged against the mentioned route?     I am a regular user of uber cabs. Whatever promo codes sent by uber never gets applied through my uber application. It is always showing error. Also, there is no proper help system from uber. Unable to lodge my complaint through help as it is unhighlighted. It was working earlier but suddenly stopped.     I had some rides about a two months back. Once I think that driver was just near me and reached my residence without calling me. Where I had to pay the cancellation charges, because there was time to leave. On Second ride I called the driver he don’t know the rout, which took about 20 minutes to reach me, which caused to left my train and I have been punished for more than Rs 5000 and harassment to get TATKAL ticket of, which was available after three days. Please answer the following:

    1. Should Driver call on receiving the message the point of pick up. Because one may book cab for some one else, who might have coming from some where to meet me.

    2. Should Driver call on receiving the message the time and spot of pick up to avoid loses like mentioned in above para.

    That we have rights of scared to customers. And i pay to driver and he is goin but i have many complaints for uber.

    So overall i want my refunds in my uber account.

    Today I have traveled from Manyata Tech park to IJ Acacia, KR Puram. I booked the Uber cab at Manyata by my cell phone +91 9945022238 and fare was Rs.245.

    Once I arrived at my destination, fare in driver’s cell was 379 which I paid. I am not sure why there was this extra amount. I regularly use Uber ride Rs. 210-240 is normal fare.

    Today, I booked it from Noida Sec18 metro station, it was showing 3 mins of the cab to arrive and I was waiting for that. I wished to contact the driver but I was astonished to see there was no option to contact the driver… no way.     Yesterday was the worst day of my life. That uber driver who conform my ride first and said to me it cancel it Than i told him him cancel from hiss and he didn’t. Than after 10 min He pass through front of me and i shouted him too In this all time i called hi life 20to 30 times and his phone was off with its not about my only loss of time and money. its about mantle harassment which given by a uber driver. I don’t know what to say more but its my worst experience.

    I have paid 1st ride fare with paytm Rs.134/- than 2nd ride Share booking amount Rs. 49/- but after 2nd ride bill came including previous ride.
    I would request you to please refund the Rs. 134/-

    Today I used uber cab from rohini Delhi to mayapuri Delhi chosen option for pool the fare was showing Rs 109 for two seats when I reached my destination then driver shown me fare 214 I asked he said sir earlier u have cancelled any booking then they charged u.
    I asked questions to uber cab if your driver says to me. I unable to reach. Or sir book another cab or if someone going to late for their flight and cab is not on time then what should have to do.?

    Uber has the worst service, today i booked a ride from marathahalli to Whitefield, in my mobile it was showing the amount to be paid as rs 84.00 but when i was paying the driver told me to pay rs 181.00, when i showed my mobile to him, he told that i had last dues, but in that case the app shows the last dues while booking. The driver started yelling at me and abused me. I think uber should be taken to consumer court, when i called the uber helpline it was not connecting. Please don’t book uber guys. Even the driver called me on my number late night and threatened and abused me the second time even after taking the extra charge. Uber is highly unprofessional. This company should shut down.

    I am loyal Customer of Uber in India & regularly use Uber (daily once or twice).
    Yesterday (20 Aug) I booked Uber at around 14.18 hrs to go from Cannaught Place (Delhi) to go to DLF Place (Saket). I faced several issues with the Chauffer & felt that guy was not the authorized Person appointed by Uber as Chauffer of the car.
    1. The Driver (seemed to be between 20-24 yrs age) was not aware of Cannaught Place & took around 15 mins time to reach the pickup point, though Uber app was showing that he would come within 7 mins.
    2. After pickup, the Driver was constantly busy in personal phonecall with raising voice while driving. Once the car was almost hitting another hatchback car too & seeing this we requested him to park the cab at road-side to complete his call.
    3. Besides, the AC was not at all working in the cab even after being at 2nd point. Upon our advice, he increased AC power to be at 3 & after 5 mins he reduced the AC power again to 2 without citing any reason. When we asked the reason of reducing AC, the Driver smartly told us to sit in the front seat, which was not justified as passenger.
    4. Just after the above discussion, he stopped the car near Lodhi Road area & asked us to vacate cab. We felt so insulted & asked the reason as the destination (Saket) was around 5-7 kms from that area. He used abusive languages & replied that he wont drive the cab anymore.
    As we were in hurry & wanted to reach the destination at the earliest, we requested him 2/3 times. Using wrong wirds, the Driver stopped the cab & demanded Rs 127 for the fare (from Canaught Place to the dropping area)….. And I paid him the same amount to someone else’s no. thru Paytm, as asked by the Chauffer. Though the fare was mentioned in my Uber app was Rs 117 only.

    Sir/Madam, the experience with yesterday’s Uber was merely shocking & caused nightmare too. If Chauffers would misbehave with Passengers in this manner & would compel them to get down from cab at the mid-way without any valid reason, what is the safety of passengers like us in your cab ?

    My Uber Account not working Properly. Everytime it shows different balance and driver asks for extra amount saying that it is my outstanding balance whereas i don’t have any outstanding balance uber has charged me twice by an extra charge and the extra charge shows credit balance in my account, if i have credit balance then why do i need to pay an extra fare everytime. Why the fare is not deducted from my credit account. Is this the way you cheat people.Please solve my issue otherwise will have to take some legal action.

    Worst service during night time. I arrived to Chennai domestic Terminal by 12.30am & tried booking the cab. There are 7 cab drivers(one after other basis my request) who have accepted the trip & they are cancelling(some case driver was not picking calls & I don’t have option other than canceling to book some other cab which I was asked to pay some charges) after making me wait for 10 to 15 minutes. This was happening almost an hour. One unscrupulous element who has accepted the request (who when requested was 7 minutes away) has started the trip in the next second of accepting the request & moving away from me, I need to cancel it as I have not boarded the cab & driver is definitely not coming to pick me, for which they again charged me(Rs. 63). The entire circus was happening outside airport for 75 minutes & 8th uber cab I boarded by around 2pm.

    Customer experience:
    Probability of getting the required service from Uber at night time is 1/8 requests in a turn around time of 75 minutes with customer penalty of Rs. 115.5

    The major issues are driver is given authority to cancel/start trip, Driver not responding to our call. Once they login to provide service & accepted request they shouldn’t have authority to cancel it(If cancelled penalize them). Ola gives OTP to customer which is mandatory for driver to start the trip. For no service availed I was asked to pay Rs. 63(trip started without me), Rs. 52.5(driver not responding & I canceled the request) to make my next request.

    Still Uber has not refunded for the trip which driver has started without me.

    Hi, Yesterday (26/08/2017) night i was booked a cab (TATA INDICA) for today (27/8/2017) at 8.30 am (appx. 8.15 am – 8.30 am). I booked the cab from location porur to vengaivasal for an emergency purpose. The driver name is ANANDAN. First i made a call to him to know where is he.? He picked my call and told his location. But its a wrong location. Then i told him to come to my street near my home which is located near saloon. He said ok. While i was carrying my luggage, he made call for me that time was 8.26 am. I cant pick my call. Because i was in 2nd floor. That time i was stepped down. Then i made call to him at 8.27 am. He said that he was cancelled my trip. I was tensed. If i didnt response means he will cancel my trip otherwise how can he cancel my trip without my knowledge. He is a worst driver. Please take an action on him. For his mistake i paid 52 rs cancellation fee. Its not my mistake. Its a driver’s mistake. I would like to refund my paid charge of rs 52.00 to my account. If you dont take an action on him means. I will complaint to consumer court. I have never seen like this driver. Very very worst.

    We have booked the cab from Ashok Nagar Chennai to Chennai International Airport. The driver name is Sakthivel (Mahindra Xylo), the driver drop at airport and did not close and took Rs.550/- and we ask for the receipt that too he refused to give. We are in urgency of getting inside the airport the took this as an advantage and took extra cost of Rs.150/- (actual amount Rs.390/- closed after 3-4min). Very bad experience not really like to ride her after. I am not able to find the customer care number too to register a compliant.

    I use to travel with Uber from long time. Today is so pathetic and upsetting day by traveling with Uber.I took a ride at Bangalore from my home to Vivekanand Metro from Uber and driver name was R H KHADER BASHA. I had some confusion about payment option so I have asked with him. He literally abused me and said very bad and rude words. He said ‘Paise do aur niklo yaha se . aa jate hai pata nhi kaha se’ and after recieving the money he said ‘Chal nikal yaha se bahut dekhe hai tere jaise’ and some more which I can’t explain.

    Tell me UBER is this the way to talk with customer. In all the television Ads you are showing that your drivers treatd the customers like a family members and You also says that ‘ISEY APNI HI GADI SAMJHO’ . Is this a way how you treat your customer by abusing them.Is this a way how you treat your family members.

    In my life no one has ever talk me with such rough and rude way.

    Its so much insulting.

    My self Sushma Naidu, I am adiamond customer of your services however I found following flaws with your services

    1. Yesterday I booked a uberpool from Hinjewadi to Wadgaonsheri however neither driver called me or he didn’t pickup my call, I was able to trace that the vehicle was standing in the starting location for 20 to 25 mins so that I am forced to cancel the cab and let cancellation charges apply which seems a mere exploitation with a customer ( Name of the driver : Pradeep and vehicle : Chevrolet beat )

    2. Many times it happens that driver asks for the destination and cancels the ride which is not a correct attitude of the driver. In-away my time is wasted and frustrating.

    Please try to bring some improvement in this two areas. Provide training to the drivers otherwise I have to change the services of Uber.

    Yesterday (2nd September) rs.1011 got deducted from my paytm account for an Uber ride. Fact is, I have not taken any Uber ride yesterday.

    When I checked my Uber rides, I found that this money has been wrongly deducted for an earlier ride taken on 24th August 2017 from my home to Chennai central railway station.

    I had already paid for that ride and Uber has just crazily deducted this 1011 rupees for no reason. I demand a refund ASAP.

    I’m a frequent Uber user. I’m a cabin crew so I travel to a lot of places and my main mode of transport is often Uber. However my base of operation is Hyderabad which is not my hometown. In Hyderabad I stay in Pbel City area code 500091, for the past few months I’ve been facing this problem continuously that the cab drivers won’t drop me back to my location I.e. My home. Many a times it has been that it’s late at night and still the cab drivers refuse to drop on hearing the drop location. And I’ve been left stranded. I’ve paid cab drivers more than double the amount just to bribe them in dropping me off. Uber in other cities has been of tremendous help however in Hyderabad it has caused nothing but inconvenience. They don’t even cancel the trip on their own and eventually I have to do it which ultimately lessens my score or sometimes charge me for cancellation . I can’t change my accommodation here is Hyderabad as it is close to Airport which is my place of work

    It’s my sincere request to kindly look into this matter and help me in coping with this transportation crisis.

    Today I booked a cab,you have sent me a veh.no n Driver name.Your map showed me the vehicle location.IT Said 5 minutes and I waited it said 6 minutes.I called the driver to find out whether he is coming. He said he is on his way.Then again I called him after 5 minutes.He never picked up.Then I managed to get a OLA cab because when I tried your App it said I have A DEW OF Rs.30.
    After 30 minutes I called your driver,8608258281,he says he came to the location near Iwas not there.I said I have spoken to you and if you have located me you should have the basic courtesy to call me and find out where I am.He just cut the call.plus take care if you want to grow

    I have lost my mobile in Uber cab while returning to my home. The booking was done from Esplanade to Pushpashree Cinema Hall on 21/09/2017 around 9:15 pm. The cab number as recognized ended with 563131 and the driver’s name was Prakash.

    Kindly help me to get in touch with the cab driver so that I can find my lost phone as early as possible.

    Kindly treat it as urgent.

    I had a very bad and scary experience with driver yesterday, he has misbehaved with me badly and used all slang words and he was drunk as well. i sent several messages to Uber Help but no response. i need driver details urgently to take this matter to Police against that driver.
    Sorry Uber, You just cant refund my money and resolve the issue, i have to make police complain. so please provide the details. you need to terminate that driver service right away.

    I had booked a cab yesterday 26th September’17 to liberty cinema new Rohtak road Delhi. Trip was cancelled by driver bhawandas. I fail to understand why am I levied with a cancellation fee of ₹42.

    I hve been charged 47rs as my outstanding amount….. What amout….. On tuesday i booked an uber it showed me arriving in 7min when u called tge driver he told me he ll take 1/2 hr to reach my destination…. In that case what u ecpect me to do…. Wat till that time limit…. I had to cancel the booking….. Again i tried it was the same driver again i had to cancel it….. After few minutes i tried to book again this time it was some other driver in the app it showed me 5 min but when i called uo n spoke to the driver he told me 45 min. How u expect someone to wait for so long….. N yest was one of the most horrible n complete ill mannenered driver i came accross…. Firstly he landed god knws where n he told hes reached the landmark which was a lie…. Than too we guided him n told him to adk someone abt the landmark….. But as i saw in the navigator he was going complerely in wrong direction… We called him up but he didnt pick up our call… We called at 3 to 4 times than he picked up….. N he tild ua that he ll not come to.pick us up n tild me to cancel the ride i tild him i wint cancel…. U can check also….. In all rhis case if u r charging me money for my cancelling the cab than fine ola is much better service provider than u ll……

    Myself Sushma, using Uber services for the past 1 Year and I had a facility of Uber pass however recently it got deactivated so not sure if would continue traveling Uber as it would not be affordable if I have no uber pass and let me know immediately.

    Today I used Uber taxi from my residence to Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai. The driver charged me in Cash as payment and simultaneously after some time amount was also debited from my paytm account. There is no customer service phone number or email address where complaint can be raised.
    Can anybody help me to get phone number of uber India customer care.
